About me
Kundalini Yoga classes and Healing
My name is Sasha, I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher. This type of Yoga I so much love because it completely transformed my life from being lost to becoming stable and realized.

Yoga and meditation became my biggest passion since I was 17 years old, now I’m 28.

My Education
Since 2021, I have practiced Kundalini Yoga daily.
208 hours of my yoga practice have been personally guided by Dasha Kobolova, Teacher of Sat Nam Rasayan.

Dasha was a direct student of Guru Dev Singh (Master of Sat Nam Rasayan) for 27 years. Guru Dev Singh was the only student of Yogi Bhajan (Master of Kundalini Yoga) who was taught of Sat Nam Rasayan.

I am also training to be a Sat Nam Rasayan Healer.
